Mediation Advice

Can provide you with Information, Advice and Guidance on the following:

  • If you qualify for free legal advice

 

The sessions also available:

  • Initial meeting including a signed FM1 form
  • Initial meeting followed by a single mediation session with an outcome statement or a signed FM1 form.
  • Initial meeting and a multi-session mediation with proposals/documentation (child only) to include parenting agreement and/or written outcome statement if required
  • Initial meeting and multi-session mediation with proposal/documentation (property and finance or All issues) to include a Official Financial Statement, Memorandum of Understanding or written outcome statement as required.
  • Direct Child Consultation.
